March of Blades (dirge epic buff)

Screeshot: Dirge Epic Buff : In-game Examine Description

Enhances all versions of Riana's Relentless Tune by improving combat art damage by 10%.

Furthermore, the Dirge's mythical buff, Intrepid Strike, is an item trigger that "allows caster to hit all melee based attacks for maximum damage". Attacks that inflict melee based damage is considered a melee based attack. In this context, bow autoattacks are considered ranged damage instead of melee based damage. Most of the Dirge's combat arts inflict melee based damage. Also, since the item trigger buff is based upon a "successful melee attack", this includes most of the Dirge's combat arts since they inflict melee based damage. The Dirge's combat arts that do not take advantage of this item trigger buff, or does not help much, are Scream of Death, Darksong Blade, Jael's Dreadful Deprivation, and Messenger's Letter.

The explanation of how the Dirge mythical buff works is technical so I will try to keep it brief and to the point. The Dirge epic buff does not trigger a critical hit. The "Critical Chance" percent is the only attribute that triggers the critical hit equation. The critical hit equation throws a "dice" between the attack damage range. Then, a comparison is made: if (DiceRollDamage x CritBonus) is not higher than the attack's maximum damage, then the attack's (maximum damage + 1) is the damage used for a Critical Hit. The Dirge mythical buff, when the buff is activated, replaces the "DiceRollDamage" variable with the attack's "maximum damage" so that the attack's (MaximumDamage x CritBonus) is used for Critical Hit damage.
